Man Stabbed In North Belfast

A 28-year-old man has been stabbed in north Belfast.

The incident happened in the Strathroy Park area at around 6.15pm on Wednesday.

Four hooded men stabbed the victim in the arm at the front door of his home.

His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Inspector McCullough said: "I would ask anyone with any information about this incident to contact Tennent Street Police Station on the non emergency number 101. Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111."

A man, aged in his 30s, is being treated in hospital following a serious stabbing incident in north Belfast. Police have issued an appeal for information after the man was stabbed a number of times in a incident at his own flat at Queen's Parade in the New Lodge areas. Police have said that the incident occurred at around 00:20 on Tuesday morning.

Man Fatally Stabbed In Bangor
A 35-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with a fatal stabbing in Bangor, County Down. According to reports, police responded to an incident on Beatrice Street in the town shortly after midnight, Wednesday 14 July. Upon arrival at the scene a 53-year-old man was found with stab wounds.

Man Stabbed In Belfast City Centre
A man is in serious condition after he was stabbed in broad daylight in Belfast. The incident occurred at around 11am on Friday morning, 21 February, at the rear of the Waterfront Hall. The victim was taken to hospital for treatment. His condition is understood to be serious.

Man stabbed in Dungannon incident
Police in Dungannon are appealing for information after a man was stabbed in a serious assault during the early hours of Sunday morning. The 23-year-old victim was walking through a carpark at Greers Way at around 3.15am when he was approached from behind by two males who stabbed him in the neck and ran off.

Man Stabbed At Belfast Contact Centre
An arrest has been made after a disturbance in a Belfast office this afternoon, during which a man was stabbed. A PSNI spokesperson said the incident occurred at around 2pm at a Contact Centre in Lanyon Place. The man was taken to the Royal Victorial Hospital with two stab wounds to his neck. His condition is not known at present.
