Police Shoot Stag Dead Near Grounds Of Antrim Grammar School
A PSNI armed response unit has shot dead a stag near the grounds of a grammar school in Antrim.
The stag was seen near Antrim Grammar School on Tuesday morning.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Officers worked hard with animal experts and vets to safely and humanely manage the stag. Regrettably, after consultation with the vet working with officers at the scene, police officers had to put the animal down. It had become very agitated and posed a risk to the public."
The Police Ombudsman has been informed.

Heavy Snow Closes Over 80 Schools
Over 80 schools across Northern Ireland have been closed as the heavy snow continues to cause disruption on Tuesday morning. The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning, as the snow is continuing to affect many roads. Areas which have been majorly disrupted include Lisburn, Castlereagh and Carryduff.

£11m Coleraine Grammar School Expansion Underway
Work has officially begun on a new £11 million expansion of Coleraine Grammar School, with Permanent Secretary at the Department of Education, Dr Mark Browne, performing a sod cutting ceremony. First opened in 2015, Coleraine Grammar School saw the amalgamation of Coleraine Academical Institution and Coleraine High School.

Patton Builds Up School's Orchestral Crescendo
Ballymena builders, the Patton Group, Belfast's Grosvenor Grammar School and the Ulster Orchestra have teamed up for a creative music project to mark Patton Group's recently completed new building project at the east Belfast school. Foundation was a music composition project made possible by the Arts & Business Reach investment programme.
