Police Issue Appeal To Trace Missing Pensioner John Concannon
Police have issued an appeal for help to trace missing 71-year-old John Concannon.
Mr Concannon was last seen in the Crawford Square area in L'Derry at around 7pm on Tuesday 10 November.
He is described as approximately 5ft 6inches tall, of medium build with grey hair. He was wearing a black and grey beanie hat, a black coat, checked shirt and navy trousers.
Mr Concannon has medical conditions and the police are concerned for his welfare.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact Strand Road police station by telephoning 101.

Gardai and the police are continuing to search for missing pensioner John Concannon. Mr Concannon, 71, who has been missing for a week, was last seen on the Lenamore Road in L'Derry at around 7pm on Tuesday 10 November. Searches are continuing in the area and by Gardaí across the border.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Petrol bombers besiege Lurgan police station
A crowd throwing bricks, bottles and petrol bombs attacked Lurgan police station at around 8.45pm last night. The disturbance followed in the wake of a banned Black Preceptory parade through the town, which the police were reportedly forced to allow through when a lorry driver refused to move his vehicle from a cordoned off area.

L'Derry Man Sentenced For Weapons And Anarchist's Cookbook
A man from L'Derry has been sentenced to eight years in prison for a series of terrorism charges linked to dissident republicanism, including possession of the 'Anarchist's Cookbook' and numerous weapons. Detectives from Serious Crime Branch today welcomed the sentence imposed on 41-year-old Kevin Barry Concannon.
