Masked Men Assault Man In Coleraine
Four masked men have attacked a man in Cookstown and told him to leave the country.
The incident happened in the Gortacar Road area at around 11.30pm on Saturday.
The thugs broke into the property and attacked the victim, aged in his 20s, with bats.
He sustained cuts and bruises, according to the police.
The men made off in two vehicles.
Two of the men were wearing overalls and masks and two wore black jeans, green jumpers and balaclavas.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Man Attacked In North Belfast
A man has been stabbed and attacked with a hammer in north Belfast. The 26-year-old was stabbed in the back and beaten on the head with a hammer by three masked men at Victoria Parade on Sunday. He is being treated in hospital for his injuries, however they are not believed to be life threatening.

A 25-year-old man has been seriously attacked in Co Antrim. The assault occurred in the Hampton Crescent area in Larne at around 12.35am on Saturday. Five masked men armed with baseball bats attacked the victim and he sustained fractures to his arm and leg. He is currently being treated in hospital.

A woman has been injured in an aggravated burglary in north Belfast. It was reported that four masked men entered her home in Chestnut Gardens off the Cliftonville Road at a round 7pm on Wednesday 30 January. The 39-year-old woman was injured on the right side of her face as her property was ransacked and a number of items were stolen.
