Search For Missing Kayaker Resumes
A search for a missing kayaker is resuming off the coast of County Antrim.
47-year-old Robert Hanna from Carrickfergus, went out to sea at around 1.30pm on Monday and failed to return.
Volunteer lifeboat crew from Larne, Red Bay, Bangor and Donaghadee RNLI searched for the missing man throughout the early hours and stopped at 3.30am.
The search has now resumed from Belfast Lough to Fairhead.
Darren Byers, RNLI Divisional Operations Manager said: "Our volunteers have had a short break to rest and refuel their lifeboats but are now back out and will be making every attempt this morning to find the missing kayaker and bring him home. Our thoughts and prayers are very much with the man and his family at this time."

Search Resumes For Missing Fisherman
The search for a missing fisherman who fell overboard resumes today. The alarm was raised on Sunday afternoon after the man, believed to be from Ukraine, went missing from the Zenith boat. The man in his 30's fell from the boat nine miles off Clogherhead in County Louth. The boat is registered in Kilkeel.

Search Resumes For Man Missing On Lough Erne
Emergency services are continuing to search for a man missing on Lough Erne in Co Fermanagh. The incident began at about 5.30pm on Sunday, 09 September. It is understood that two men were jetsking on the Lough when they were involved in an accident. Emergency services responded to the incident in the water near Muckross Bay in Kesh.

A major search co-ordinated by the Belfast Coastguard was launched on Monday evening.

A search operation for a missing Co Armagh angler has resumed for a fifth day. The 30-year-old man has been missing since Thursday afternoon after his boat capsized in a lough in Co Westmeath. The man is understood to have been out fishing with two others when their boat capsized on Lough Ree, near Athlone.
