M1 Reopens Following Lorry Collision

The M1 motorway at Moira has reopened following a crash between two lorries on Friday morning.

The motorway was closed during a clean-up operation to remove debris from the motorway.

Police have warned delays are still expected on the A3 Belfast Road from Lurgan, the A3 Moira Road from Lisburn and the A26 Glenavy Road towards Moira.

Man Dies In Co Antrim Collision
A man in his 60s has died following a collision in Glenavy, co Antrim. The man was driving a black Skoda in the single-vehicle crash on the Moira Road just after 10am on Tuesday, 18 July. The road remains closed at its junction with Carnkilly Road and motorists are being urged to avoid the area. Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Ballagh Road Closed Following Crash
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a serious road traffic collision in Newcastle, Co Down. The Ballagh Road has been closed and motorists are being advised to avoid the area. A PSNI spokesman said: "Motorists are advised that the Ballagh Road, Newcastle is closed due to a serious road traffic collision this afternoon.
