L'Derry Firm To Target New Business Outside The UK

Telemarketing company, 1 Stop Data based in L'Derry, is being assisted by Invest Northern Ireland to target new business outside the UK.

Specialising in providing UK and international businesses with consumer email marketing lists for targeted direct marketing, the company is creating two new jobs, investing in training and undertaking research into new markets.

Invest NI is supporting the company's overall growth strategy with assistance of £38,000.

Pauline Murphy, Managing Director of 1 Stop Data said "We have ambitious plans to grow the company over the next five years by focusing on new business and investing in our future.

"We recently established a satellite office in Austin Texas focused on integrating our database assets with top North American marketing agencies, as well as providing strategic services for some of our major accounts. This is just one element of our growth strategy."

START A BUSINESS PROGRAMME CHALKS UP 5,000TH NEW BUSINESS
Two Mallusk entrepreneurs have set up the 5000th new business to be started through the Start a Business programme, which has generated an estimated 8,250 new jobs across Northern Ireland. CGDM To Develop New Office Premises
CGDM Construction in Newry is to invest over £500,000 to develop new office premises at Carnbane Business Park. The firm is also creating 10 new jobs with the support of Invest Northern Ireland. Invest NI has offered the company £74,000 of support towards the creation of the new jobs and marketing activities.
