Wallet Belonging To Missing Ballymoney Man Found

The wallet belonging to missing Ballymoney man, Norman Galbraith, has been found.

Mr Galbraith, 66, has not been seen since he left to go to a local shop on Friday.

Police said a number of sightings have been reported and they believe he may have walked to his childhood home Castlerock.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Last night his wallet was found by a man walking a dog at Garryduff Road/Queen's Park near Dunloy, and we have also had a report from a woman who knows him and believes she saw him in Coleraine on Saturday morning.

"Both of these are consistent with him being on a route to Castlerock.

"We are grateful to those who have contacted us to date. We are also asking landowners between Ballymoney and Castlerock to check sheds and out farms in case Mr Galbraith sought shelter from the poor weather."

He is described as being of a small, thin build and has grey hair.

When last seen he was wearing a navy fleece, navy tracksuit bottoms and black shoes.
