Petrol Bombs Thrown At Property In North Belfast

Petrol bombs have been thrown at a flat in north Belfast.

The incident, which caused the property to go on fire, occurred in the Skegoneill Road area on Tuesday night.

No-one was in the property at the time.

Detective Sergeant Keith Wilson said: "I would ask anyone with any information about this incident to contact detectives at Musgrave Police Station on the non emergency number 101. Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111."

Shots Fired At House In Ballyclare
A number of shots have been fired at a house in Ballyclare just after midnight on Tuesday. The incident occurred at a property on the Rashee Road at approximately 12.30am. No one was in the property at the time. Two men were seen running from the scene in the direction of Ballyclare.

NI Property Prices Increase
Residential property prices in Northern Ireland increased for first time since 2007, according to a new report. The Northern Ireland Residential Property Price Index report for the second quarter of 2013 showed that between quarter one and quarter two, residential property prices increased by 2%.

Belfast consultancy Lisney has been named as the leading commercial property agency in Northern Ireland by the online version of leading property journal Estates Gazette. Lisney came out on top in Northern Ireland in the EGi Deals competition, which seeks to find the most active commercial property agents in the UK.

Arson Attack On Property In Belfast
Police have launched an investigation following a fire at a house in north Belfast. The incident happened in the Greenmount Place area at around 5.30am on Saturday. Fire crews attended the scene and put out the blaze. Damage was caused to the kitchen and a bedroom of the property.
