QMAC Construction To Develop New Offices In Cookstown
QMAC Construction has been awarded a contract to develop the new Rivers Agency's Headquarters in Cookstown.
The firm will build the new modern offices for Rivers Agency at Loughry Campus Cookstown, Co Tyrone, which will accommodate up to 85 workstations.
The construction contract is the next step in the process of relocating Rivers Agency from Belfast to Cookstown.
Construction is expected to take approximately 13 months.

CITB NI is hosting a new workshop on advanced tendering in the public sector next month. The workshop, aimed at construction businesses, will take place at Cookstown Enterprise Centre in Co Tyrone on Wednesday 06 February from 9am-4.45pm. Intertrade Ireland is collaborating with CITB NI on the event.
