Police Appeal After Building Equipment Stolen From Sites In Lisburn

Police are appealing for information after building equipment worth thousands of pounds was stolen from a site in the Lisburn area.

Generators and transformers as well as welding equipment were stolen from a construction site near to Sprucefield Park and Ride facility sometime overnight.

In a second incident, gas boilers were stolen from a building site on Brokerstown Road.

In the third incident, a garage connected to commercial premises at Meadow Road was broken in to. A power washer and a child's quad bike were stolen.

Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Arrests And Suspected Stolen Good Seized In L'Derry
Two men have been arrested and a quantity of suspected stolen goods have been seized by officers from the City Centre Neighbourhood Team in L'Derry. A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of six counts of theft and he remains in police custody at this time.

Sports Firm Burgled In South Belfast
Police suspect a vehicle was used to break into a business in south Belfast. Thieves made off with a large quantity of sports clothing during a break in at Teamwear Ireland on Stockmans Way. Cricket equipment, three laptops, an iPad and a sum of money was also stolen. Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Three people have been arrested after police recovered suspected stolen mobile phones worth around £19,000 in Banbridge, Co Down. The PSNI conducted a proactive operation while their ANPR Intercept team were conducting patrols in the A1 area of the town on Thursday.

Four-Day Search In Newry Leads To Four Arrests
Four men have been arrested in connection with handling stolen property, following a four-day search by police in Newry. The search began in the Mayobridge area on Friday night and ended on Monday, resulting in a significant amount of suspected stole property being recovered.

Ammunition Found During West Belfast Security Alert
A quantity of ammunition has been found during a security alert in west Belfast. Suspected stolen artwork was also discovered at a property in the St Mary's Gardens area on Thursday, 14 September. Detectives from Musgrave Criminal Investigation Branch have launched an investigation. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.
