Teenager Arrested After Two Police Officers Injured In Belfast
A 16-year-old girl has been arrested after two police officers were injured as trouble flared in Belfast overnight.
Petrol bombs and masonry were thrown at the officers in the Woodvale Road area at around 12.50am on Wednesday.
No petrol bombs made contact, however two police officers were injured after bottles were thrown at them.
The teenage girl was arrested for riotous behaviour. She is being questioned by the police.

Police Officers Disciplined For Failing To Tell Doctor About Woman's Head Injuries
Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

A 42-year-old man has been taken in for questioning following a series of searches in Coalisland in County Tyrone which uncovered firearms and a sum of money. The cache is thought to be connected to dissident republican activity.

Ten officers have been injured following another night of rioting and violence over the flying of the union flag at Belfast City Hall. Crowds threw petrol bombs and missiles after a peaceful protest turned violent at about 18:30 on Thursday on the Albertbridge Road in east Belfast. A car was also burnt out on Templemore Avenue.
