80 New Jobs To Be Created At Dublin Airport

Eighty new jobs are being created at Dublin Airport with the opening of a new restaurant.

Marqette, a new food and beverage area will open at the end of August in Terminal 1 at Dublin Airport.

Recruitment for the new positions is currently underway.

The new dining area is being modelled on an outdoor food market, offering locally sourced produce and fresh artisan breads baked on site. The restaurant, which is currently under construction, is located after the security screening area in Terminal 1.

The new restaurant area will cater for over 260 people.

Recruitment open days will be held in the Maldron Hotel, Dublin Airport from 12pm to 8pm today, Tuesday 23 and Thursday 24 June.

VHI to create 60 jobs at two new Swift-Care clinics
One of Ireland’s largest health insurance firms has announced plans to create 60 jobs at two new Swift-Care clinics in Waterford and Cork. The Voluntary Health Insurance Board (VHI) is the largest health insurance company in the Republic of Ireland. The two new facilities are expected to be up and running by the autumn.

400 New Jobs Announced At New Dublin Airport Hotel
Up to 400 new jobs are to be created following the announcement of a new terminal-linked four star hotel at Dublin Airport. Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) have revealed some 150 jobs are to be created during the construction of the new hotel, which will be built adjacent to Terminal 2.

Belfast-based Purepipe is investing £250,000 and creating six new jobs as part of plans to boost sales in Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland. Invest Northern Ireland has offered the company £45,000 towards its expansion which involves investing in new state-of-the-art specialised pipe manufacturing equipment needed to target new business.

Health Website Creates Ten New Jobs
A health 'search engine' is announcing ten new jobs at their Dublin office. Whatclinic.com is expanding and is currently hiring for positions in sales, marketing and software engineering. The search engine helps private patients research and contact clinics for elective treatments such as dentistry, plastic surgery, fertility and laser eye surgery.
