Invest NI has offered support of £100,000 to help create the new jobs and secure the project for Northern Ireland.

Barry Morris, CEO and co-founder of NuoDB, said: "We see demand for our database management system growing rapidly and hence the need to expand our engineering team to support our customers.

"During the Web Summit in November 2014, I accepted an invitation from Invest NI to visit Northern Ireland and explore the possibility of opening an office here. Invest NI's support played a major role in our decision to choose Belfast."
