Man Dies After Tree Falls On Van In County Armagh

A man has died and a woman has been seriously injured after a tree fell on a van in County Armagh on Thursday.

The incident happened on the Keady Road at around 4.50pm.

The woman, who was a passenger in the car, remains in a critical condition in hospital.

The road remains closed between Ballyards Road and Ennislare Road.

Diversions have been put in place.

Man Arrested After Fleeing The Scene Of A Collision In Crossgar
A 35-year-old man has been arrested after fleeing the scene of a collision in Crossgar on Sunday, 22 September. At around 6.45pm, police received a report of a car on its roof in the Ballytrim Road area. Police attended and discovered the driver of the vehicle had fled the scene. A passenger remained in the vehicle with minor injuries.
