Man Dies After Tree Hits Van
A man has died in Lisburn after a tree fell on his van.
The accident happened on Thursday morning at around 11.30am on the Hillsborough Road. It is understood the tree fell during the high winds.
The road remains closed between Governors Road and Ravarnet Road.
No further details are available.
Ulster Name Team To Face Toulon
Ulster Rugby has named the side to face Toulon in tomorrow's European Champions Cup clash.
The Belfast-based side will be without Rory Best and Tommy Bowe for the game, while Michael Allen has been named on the left wing. Darren Cave is also among the starting XV at outside centre and will earn his 150th appearance for the club. Elsewhere, Jared Payne makes his first start at fullback for Saturday's match, with Andrew Warwick, Rob Herring and Bronson Ross forming a new front row.
Toulon, who are leading the group, have not named a full-strength side for the game. Ulster meanwhile are unlikely to progress past the group stage of this year's tournament having lost three out of four of their matches.
The game kicks off at the Stade Mayol, France, tomorrow (17 January) at 3.15pm.
Pregnant Woman Rescued After Crash
A woman who is eight-months pregnant has been rescued from an overturned vehicle.
The car had turned onto its side after she swerved to avoid a fallen tree on the Farlough Road. The woman was safely removed from the vehicle and taken to hospital.
Fire Breaks Out At Property In West Belfast
A house has been left damaged following a blaze in Poleglass, west Belfast.
The property, located in Woodside View in the city, was said to be "well alight" when fire crews arrived at the scene in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The blaze has since been extinguished.

Woman Killed In Co Armagh Road Collision
A woman in her 30s has been killed in a road crash in Portadown, Co Armagh. The woman was hit by a car as she was walking on the side of the Moy Road at around 9.45pm on Tuesday. The road was closed for a short time but it has been reopened. Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
