ISDM Secures New Business
Belfast-based technology services firm ISDM has secured valuable new business with support from Invest Northern Ireland.
ISDM Solutions provides communication solutions, such as video conferencing and presentation software, to firms across a range of sectors in Great Britain. It is undertaking a range of market development activities to support the growth of the business and has recruited three new positions in managerial roles to help secure new work.
Commenting on the investment, ISDM Director Karen McWhirter, said: "We are operating in an environment where technology is changing both rapidly and radically. Our business is fulfilling a niche within this market where we provide a service to our customers by discussing their requirements, then recommending, installing and maintaining the relevant equipment in their offices.
"Invest NI's support has enabled us to expand our workforce, recruit two new Project Managers and an IT Collaboration Manager, and also attend events in Amsterdam and USA to research new technology in the audio visual field.
"We have recently secured a valuable contract with the international pharmaceutical firm Astra Zeneca as a result and plan to roll out our technology solutions across its global operations."
Invest NI has offered ISDM Solutions £20,100 towards its investment.
