Shot Fired At North Belfast House

Police are investigating following reports that a shot was fired at a house in north Belfast.

The attack occurred in the Butler Walk area of the city at about 09:25 on Wednesday morning.

A window was smashed but there were no reports of any injuries.

At least one person is reported have been inside the house at the time the attack took place.

A spokesperson for the PSNI said they are following all lines of inquiry.

Anyone who witness the incident or who has any information is asked to contact the PSNI on 101.

Residents Evacuated In L'Derry After Gas Leak
A number of residents in L'Derry had to be evacuated from their homes after a gas leak was caused by an arson attack on a car. The leak was found in Dove Gardens in the Bogside area. Fire crews attended the scene and put out the car fire which then spread to a mid terrace house shortly after 5am on Tuesday, 25 July.

Armagh Road Closed Due To Gas Leak
A road in Armagh has been closed in both directions following reports of a gas leak. Police have advised motorists that the issue on the Newry Road is likely to continue for several hours. Diversions are in place at the PSNI station and the Cavanacaw Road. Drivers are advised to avoid the area if possible.

Men Arrested In Connection With Right-Wing Extremism Released
Four men arrested in connection with right-wing extremism have been released. The men, aged 29, 30, 36 and 46, were arrested following house searches in Ballymena and Coleraine on Wednesday, 26 October. The men have been released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).

North Belfast Residents Warned Not To Touch Anything Suspicious
Police are warning residents in north Belfast not to touch anything suspicious following reports a device had been left in the area. The PSNI launched a security alert in the Manor Close area on Tuesday, 07 February, at around 7.30pm. Nothing was found during the searches and the alert ended just after midnight.
