12 Arrested In Dissident Op
Twelve men have been arrested by police investigating violent dissident republican activity in Newry, County Down.
The men were arrested by detectives from the PSNI Serious Crime Branch following the search of a property in the Ardcarn Park area on Monday evening.
The men, aged between 36 and 75, are being held at Antrim Serious Crime Suite. They have been detained through anti-terrorism powers and can be held for up to 28 days.
Some of the men arrested are thought to be from the Republic of Ireland, but the Garda Síochána have so far not made any arrests connected to the operation.

Man Charged In Possession Of Heroin
A man is to appear in court charged in possession of heroin. Police arrested five people during searches of a property in Newry on Wednesday, 16 January. Two men have also been charged in possession of a Class A drug. A 50-year-old woman has also been charged with permitting premises to be used for the supply of a Class A drug.

Four men arrested in connection with right-wing extremism have been released. The men, aged 29, 30, 36 and 46, were arrested following house searches in Ballymena and Coleraine on Wednesday, 26 October. The men have been released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).

Dungannon men arrested in counterfeit probe
Two men have been arrested in Dungannon, County Tyrone, as part of a long-term investigation into counterfeiting. Police carried out 12 searches in the County Tyrone, County Fermanagh and County Armagh areas and said that the two men arrested on Sunday are aged 38 and 39.
