Reports Of Shots Fired In Belfast

Police have said it has received reports that shots have been fired at a property in west Belfast.

The incident is said to have occurred shortly after 8.15pm on Tuesday in the Watermouth Crescent area. It is understood two shots were fired at a house.

In a statement, Detective Inspector Jenna Fitzpatrick confirmed no-one was in the house at the time of the shooting.

Police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them on the non-emergency number 101, or via Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Police Appeal After Shots Fired At House In West Belfast
Shots have been fired at a property in west Belfast. The shooting occurred at a house in Norglen Drive in the early hours of Friday morning. Two men, who were in the house at the time of the incident, were not injured. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Police Investigating Reports Of Shots Fired In L'Derry
Police in L'Derry have issued an appeal for information following a suspected shooting incident. Shots were reportedly fired in the Sevenoaks area of the city at about 9:40pm. There are no reports of any injuries. Anyone with information about the incident, or who may have witnesses anything suspicious in the area, is asked to contact police.

Investigation Launched After Shots Fired At Car In L'Derry
Police have launched an investigation after shots were fired at a car in Co L'Derry. The attack happened in the Marianus Park area just after 10.20pm on Sunday, 25 March. A number of bullet holes were discovered in the bonnet of the vehicle which was unoccupied and parked in the area. No-one was injured in the attack.
