Police Appeal After 'Shot Fired' In North Belfast
Police have launched an investigation after reports of a shot being fired in north Belfast.
No-one is believed to have been injured in the incident in the Farringdon Court area on Thursday.
Police are keen to establish what happened and are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Police Officers Disciplined For Failing To Tell Doctor About Woman's Head Injuries
Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Two Men Released After Police Officer Shot In North Belfast
Two men arrested in connection with the shooting of a police officer in north Belfast have been released. The attack happened at a petrol station on the Crumlin Road on Sunday, 22 January. The officer sustained two bullet wounds to his arm and is in a stable condition in hospital.

A 36-year-old man has been arrested after a police officer was shot in north Belfast. The attack happened at a petrol station on the Crumlin Road at around 7.30pm on Sunday, 22 January. The officer sustained two bullet wounds to his arm. He is currently in a stable condition in hospital. Dissident republicans are being blamed for the attack.

Five police officers have been treated in hospital for the effects of breathing in smoke following a fire in north Belfast. Officers responded to reports of a fire at a block of flats in Flax Street at around 5.40am on Saturday 29 September. The officers who were first to arrive at the scene entered the building and evacuated residents.
