Two Injured In Toome Crash

Two people involved in a crash in Toomebrige, County Antrim, have been taken to hospital.

The crash happened on the Shore Road on Tuesday morning at about 07:30.

The pair were taken to Antrim Area Hospital, but the extent of their injuries is not yet known at this stage.

The Shore Road remains closed at the junction with Main Street and Gallagh Road.

Police are advising motorists to seek alternative main routes for their journey.

Two dead and one injured in County Antrim crash
Two people have been killed in a head-on collision in County Antrim. The collision occured on the Ballybogey Road just after 12.35pm on Thursday. One other person has been taken to hospital and is in a critical condition. Police have advised that the Ballybogey Road is closed and that emergency services are at the scene.
