Jobs Fairs Announced
The Department of Employment and Learning has announced a series of four major Jobs Fairs and Advice Forums over the next two months.
The fairs will take place in the Millennium Forum, Derry/Londonderry, on Thursday 18 September (10am to 4pm), Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre in Ballymoney on Thursday 25 September (10am to 4pm) the Canal Court Hotel in Newry on Tuesday 30 September (10am to 5pm) and the Europa Hotel in Belfast on Tuesday 21 October 2014 (10am to 6pm).
Employment and Learning Minister Stephen Farry said: "These events bring employers, support organisations and jobseekers together under one roof. The Job Fairs have something for everyone and I would encourage anyone, whether in work, unemployed or simply considering their education and training options, to explore the services which will be available on each day."

Expansion Of Pre-School Education In Northern Ireland
Education Minister Paul Givan has announced that 77 pre-school settings across Northern Ireland will begin offering full-time hours. This move is part of the Minister's commitment to provide all children aged 3-4 with 22.5 hours of funded pre-school education per week. Currently, 60% of children receive 12.
