Report Reveals Most Popular Baby Names In NI
A new report from the NI Statistics and Research Agency shows that the most popular baby names in 2013 where Emily, Grace and Jack.
The figures show that 293 babies were named Jack in 2013, with 203 named Emily and Grace. Jack has now been the most popular boys name for a decade.
Yellow Warning For Rain Issued
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for rain from Thursday evening.
The forecaster said: "Bands of heavy rain will move northeast across Northern Ireland on Thursday evening into the early hours of Friday. The rain is likely to be accompanied, in places, by strong and gusty winds.
"Western parts of Northern Ireland appear most at risk. Much of the rain will clear eastwards later in the night.
"The public should be aware of the risk of minor disruption to travel through the combination of locally heavy rain and gusty winds."
Major Sexual Abuse Report Due In October
A report on the sexual abuse of young people in NI is to be published in the autumn.
According to a report by UTV, who revealed last year that an investigation had been launched, the report by former commissioner for children in Scotland, Professor Kathleen Marshall is expected to be publish in October.
The report was commissioned by Health Minister Edwin Poots.

Emily And James Most Popular Baby Names In 2015
Emily and James were the most popular baby names in 2015, according to statistics from the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency. Emily has been the most popular girls' name in the past three years, albeit jointly with Grace in 2013. However, this is the first time James has held the top spot since records began in 1997.

The Northern Ireland Prison Service’s annual report reveals that major disturbances characteristic of previous years, when large groups of paramilitary groups were incarcerated, have decreased significantly.
