Man tied up and robbed in Co Antrim

A man has been tied up and robbed at his home in Co Antrim.

He was in the garage of his home in the Ballywillan area of Portrush when two men broke in and attacked him.

They demanded money and the keys to his van before escaping with a sum of money.

The van was later found burnt out near Coleraine.

Police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.

Body of missing County Antrim man found in Republic
The body of a County Antrim man who has been missing for over two years has been found in the Irish Republic. Trevor McFall, 46, from Larne was last seen in his home town in March 2004. Police have revealed that Mr McFall's body was discovered in the Dingle area of County Kerry on April 15, but has just been formally identified.

An elderly couple have been robbed in their County Antrim home yesterday afternoon. The woman is reported to have answered the door of her home on the Dungonnell Road in Crumlin just after 2.30pm when four men forced their way into the property.

Man In Court Over Drugs, Money Laundering And Immigration Offences
A man has been charged with a number of drugs, money laundering and immigration offences. The 51-year-old was arrested following a PSNI operation which also involved police in Sussex and Home Office Immigration officials in London on Monday, 19 February. The suspect was detained and a sum of cash was also seized.
