Man Charged Over Burglaries

A man, aged 31, has been charged with a number of burglaries and hijackings.

The offences occurred in the south Armagh area on 20 December 2013.

He was charged with attempted burglary, three counts of burglary, two counts of hijacking and criminal damage.

He is due to appear before Newry Magistrates' Court on 9 July.

Man Charged After Pensioner Is Knocked Unconscious
A man has been charged with numerous offences after a pensioner was knocked unconscious following a punch to the head. Police in Antrim received a report shortly after 7.30pm on Saturday, November 2, that a 74 year-old man was attacked at Station Road after being approached by a male and female.

A man will appear in court today charged with offences related to a spate of burglaries in north Belfast. The 35 year-old was arrested in the Brompton Park area of the city in the early hours of Thursday morning, 13 February, after a car stolen during the break-ins collided with a parked vehicle in Duneden Park.

Three Men Charged In Connection With South Belfast Assault
Three men have been charged in connection with an assault in the Farnham Street area of south Belfast on Tuesday, 27 August. A 30-year-old man was charged with common assault, criminal damage and disorderly behaviour. A 25-year-old man was charged with criminal damage and disorderly behaviour.

Man Arrested In Hull In Connection With NI ATM Burglaries
A 42-year-old man has been arrested in Hull in connection with spate of ATM burglaries across Northern Ireland in February and March this year. Detectives from Organised Crime Branch investigating nine burglaries and attempted burglaries of ATMs across NI made the arrest in the Hull area on Wednesday, 29 November.

Appeal After Spate Of Burglaries & Criminal Damage In East Belfast
Police are appealing for information following two burglaries at residential properties and a number of car break-ins in east Belfast. An investigation has been launched following the incidents, which police believe are all linked, in the Ravenhill Road and Ardenlee Avenue areas yesterday, Tuesday 30 April.
