Attempted Murder Charges Over Larne Disturbance
Two men have been charged with attempted murder by detectives investigating serious disturbances in Larne, County Antrim, in March.
The 28-year-old and a 34-year-old also face charges of riot, intimidation and criminal damage following the incident on 30 March. They are due to appear at Coleraine Magistrates' Court today, 20 June.
A 36-year-old woman has also been charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice.
The three people were arrested earlier on Thursday in connection with the disorder.
29 people have now been questioned by police over the trouble, during which a crowd of more than 100 people damaged homes and property in the Knockdhu Park and Ferris Avenue areas of the town.

Teenager charged with attempted murder
A teenager has appeared in court charged with the attempted murder of a man in Co Antrim at the weekend. Shaun Ferguson, 18, of no fixed address, was also charged with having a knife during the incident which occurred outside a Chinese takeaway in Portglenone in the early hours of Saturday morning.
