Ulster Rugby Announce Ravenhill Name Change

Ulster Rugby's Ravenhill ground in south Belfast is to be renamed the Kingspan Stadium.

The Cavan-based insulation company, which has been a sponsor since 1999, has signed a 10-year agreement with Ulster Rugby, which they have said will "result in significant investment for the game of rugby at all levels."

The move is similar to one taken by the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU), when they renamed Lansdowne Road, the Aviva Stadium.

The Ravenhill deal is understood to be worth millions but no exact figures have been revealed.
