Arrest Over Attempted Child Abduction
A man has been arrested by detectives investigating an attempt to kidnap a child in County Tyrone.
It was revealed on Wednesday that a man drove into the driveway of a property in Coagh and attempted to snatch a child who was playing in the garden.
The child's mother, however, appeared and managed to chase the man away. There were no injuries reported.
Police have said a 55-year-old man is currently helping them with their enquiries.
Nine Escape Downpatrick Fire
Nine people have escaped serious injury during a fire in an apartment block in Downpatrick, County Down.
The people, including a five-month old baby and a pensioner, managed to avoid injury when the fire broke out at around 02:00 on Friday morning in the Saul Street area, after a wheelie bin was set alight.
Police said none of the injuries were life-threatening and they are investigating the incident.
Larne Disorder - Pair Released
Police investigating serious disorder in Larne, County Antrim in March have released two men.
A 32- and 34-year-old man were arrested in the Carrickfergus area on Thursday.
They were taken to Antrim serious crime suite for questioning under the Terrorism Act. They were then released unconditionally.
A mob of over 100 people descended on Larne on 30 March, damaging homes and property in the Knockdhu Park and Ferris Avenue areas.
Pair Arrested In Hate Crime Investigation
Two arrests have been made by detectives investigating hate crimes in east Belfast.
A 38-year-old woman was arrested and charged with possession and cultivation of cannabis. She is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on 17 June.
A 24-year-old man who was detained during a second search in east Belfast has been bailed pending further police enquiries.

Garda investigating schoolboy's murder arrest man
Garda detectives have arrested a man for questioning in connection with the murder of 11-year-old Cork schoolboy, Robert Holohan. The 20-year-old man was detained in the Midleton area on Sunday evening and taken to Cork Garda station where he will be questioned today (Monday). He may be held for up to 12 hours.

Two Arrests Made In Connection With Death Of Elderly Man In Dromore
A 54-year-old man has been arrested in suspicion of murder in connection with the death of an elderly man on 30 June in County Tyrone. The 84-year-old man was found dead at an address in Blackwater Road, Dromore. Police investigating the death made two arrests on Tuesday.

Detectives probing the fatal shooting of Malcolm McKeown outside a Co Down petrol station have arrested a man in his twenties. Mr McKeown, aged 54, was found dead in his car outside Dewart's Garage in Waringstown on Monday 19 August. He had been shot six times. The suspect, aged 26, has been taken to Musgrave Station for questioning.
