Flute Band Apology Over Parochial House Urination

The band master of a loyalist flute band has apologised after a photograph was released that appears to show two men in band uniforms urinating on the gate of a parochial house, according to BBC Radio Foyle.

The incident took place on Irish Green Street in Limavady on Friday.

An investigation into the incident is currently being undertaken by the Parades Commission and the PSNI has already cautioned one man.

It is understood the band is not from Limavady.

BBC Radio Foyle said the band master has verbally apologised to the priest at St Mary's Parochial House and also intends to send a letter.
