Two More Arrested Over 1994 UVF Murder
Police have arrested two more people in the investigation into the 1994 murder of two workmen in north Belfast.
A 48-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman were arrested on Wednesday morning, following the arrests of three men on Tuesday.
The arrests are in connection with the Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF) murder of Eamon Fox (44) and Gary Convie (24) on North Queen Street, and as part of Operation Stafford, an ongoing investigation into murder and serious crimes committed by the UVF in north Belfast.
Police are continuing to question the five arrestees and police say the investigation is ongoing.

Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over an attack in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. A man, aged in his 50s, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was assaulted at a house on the Ballycastle Road on Monday, 26 September. Two other men were also arrested and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Attempted Murder Investigation Launched Following Pipe Bomb Find
Police have launched an attempted murder investigation following the discovery of a pipe bomb in north Belfast on Tuesday, 09 August. The "viable device" was found in the North Queen Street area. Police believe it was most likely thrown at a passing PSNI vehicle the night before.

Stabbing Victim Recovering
The overnight stabbing of a teenager in north Belfast is being treated as attempted murder by police. The victim, a 19-year-old, is in a stable condition in the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast after being attacked in Cliftonville Avenue at about 10pm last night.

Man Charged In Possession Of Heroin
A man is to appear in court charged in possession of heroin. Police arrested five people during searches of a property in Newry on Wednesday, 16 January. Two men have also been charged in possession of a Class A drug. A 50-year-old woman has also been charged with permitting premises to be used for the supply of a Class A drug.

Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Kidnapping
Police have arrested two men on suspicion of kidnapping. The males, aged 33 and 31, were detained in Co L'Derry. It is believed there arrests are in connection with an incident in the city on Thursday, 26 October. No further details have been released.
