Police Officer Hit By Stolen Car
A police officer has been struck by a stolen car in Londonderry.
The incident happened during a pursuit through the city in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The officer was not injured in the incident.
It is understood gardaí reported the theft of a Toyota Celica car in Bridgend, Co Donegal. The car had a northern registration plate and shortly before 4am on Sunday, police spotted the car in the Caw Hill Park area of L'derry.
In a statement, a PSNI spokesperson said: "The car was reversed into a police vehicle, causing damage to the front grille.
"When officers approached, the car was driven at them and it drove over an officer's foot.
"The police said the officer was not injured."
The car is understood to have then travelled towards the Limavady Road area.
Anyone with information has been asked to contact police.

Armed Robber Dresses As Police Officer
Police are searching for two men in connection with the attempted armed robbery of a shop in Co Armagh. Police said that one of the men who attempted to rob the shop on West Street, Portadown, was dressed as a policeman. It is understood two men entered the shop at about 10am on Thursday, one of them was carrying a suspected firearm.

Colin Horner Murder: Man Arrested
A 29-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Colin Horner. Mr Horner, 35, was fatally shot in front of his young son in a supermarket car park on Sunday, 28 May. The man was arrested in the Newtownards area on Friday, 16 June. He has been taken to Musgrave Police station for questioning.

Police Officers Disciplined For Failing To Tell Doctor About Woman's Head Injuries
Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.
