Two Men Injured In Co Down Shooting
Two men have been injured in a shooting in Bangor, Co Down.
One of the men was shot three times in the chest and another was shot in the leg.
The incident happened at around 1am on Monday (10 February) in the Whitehill Estate.
Both men were taken to hospital for treatment.
It is understood the man with the chest injuries remains in a stable condition in hospital, while the other man discharged himself.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
They added that there would be a strong police presence while investigations are carried out.

Police described the assault as "brutal and horrific". The 43-year-old suspect was detained in L'Derry on Tuesday, 15 August.

Man Escapes Injury After 'Suspected' Gun Jams In North Belfast
A man has escaped injury after a suspected gun jammed during an attempted shooting attack in north Belfast. The incident occurred at Mount Vernon Lane at around 10.20pm on Wednesday. Two masked men forced the victim to the ground and produced a gun. When the attacker attempted to fire the weapon it is believed to have jammed.

An investigation is underway after two men were injured in a shooting at a wedding in Newtownbutler, Co Fermanagh. According to reports, the shooting happened at about 13:00 on Wednesday in the grounds of St Mary's Catholic church. Two men are being treated for their injuries at Enniskillen's South West Acute hospital.
