Man Killed In Co Tyrone Crash
A man has been killed in a car accident in Co Tyrone.
The 64-year-man is understood to have been hit by a car on the Monaghan Road, in the Aughnacloy area. The collision happened at around 10.30am on Thursday.
Police said a 51-year-old man had been arrested in relation to the incident and was helping with enquiries. It is understood the accident involved a dark-coloured Audi car and a pedestrian.
The road remains closed at this time and officers are at the scene.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

Serious Road Accident In L'Derry
Police are appealing for witnesses of a serious road accident in Maghera, Co L'Derry, on Sunday night. A man in his 20s is in a critical condition in hospital following the two car collision on the Coleraine Road. Body Of Missing Man Discovered In Lake
The body of missing Crossmaglen man Padraig Campbell has been found. The 37-year-old’s body was recovered from a lake in Co Monaghon last night. Campbell, of Drumbroy Road, Castleblaney, has been missing from the 18 March. Gardai have described his death as a tragic accident, however a post-mortem will be carried out.
