Man Charged Over David Black Murder
A man has been charged with the murder of prison officer David Black, the PSNI has revealed.
Detectives from Serious Crime Branch have charged a 33-year-old man with the murder of Prison Officer David Black on 1 November 2012.
The man has also been charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
He is due to appear at Craigavon MC tomorrow Wednesday 5 February.
52-year-old David Black was shot as he drove to work on the M1 in County Armagh on 1 November.
He had been driving to work at Maghaberry Prison. The attack made Mr Black the first prison officer to be murdered in Northern Ireland in 20 years.
A new republican paramilitary group calling itself the IRA admitted the killing.

Duffy Released Over Prison Officer Murder
Colin Duffy has been released following his arrest for the murder of prison officer David Black. Prominent republican Duffy, 44, and another 31-year-old man were detained in Lurgan on Friday. The two men have now been released unconditionally, but a 29-year old man is still being questioned following his arrest in the Irish Republic on Friday.

David Black Murder - Man Released Without Charge
A man who was being held by police in the Republic of Ireland in connection with the murder of prison officer David Black on 1 November last year has been released without charge. The 51-year-old male was arrested and detained at Ballyconnell Garda Station on Monday 2 December 2013.

Three Arrested In Connection With David Black Murder
A man and woman in Dublin have been arrested by Gardai in connection with the murder of prison officer David Black. The PSNI also arrested another man in County Tyrone. The 44-year-old-man and 31-year-old woman are being held at Ballymun Garda station in connection with the shooting.

Woman Charged In David Black Case
A woman has been charged with perverting the course of justice over the murder of prison officer David Black. Mr Black, a 52-year-old father of two, was killed as he made his way to work at Maghaberry Prison in November 2012. He was shot in his car as he travelled along the M1 in Co Armagh.
