Hundreds Attend Funeral Of Simon Chase
Hundreds of mourners have attended the funeral of Simon Chase who was killed in a suicide bombing in Afghanistan.
Mr Chase, who was originally from Chester, had been living in Limavady, Co L'derry, with his partner and two sons.
He was among 21 people killed in a gun and bomb attack outside a restaurant in Kabul earlier this month. Two gunmen also entered the restaurant and started shooting at people inside.
On Tuesday, a number of businesses in Limavady have closed as a mark of respect.
Family and friends attending the funeral at Christ Church, Limavady, chose to wear blue ribbons with Mr Chase's nickname "Si" printed on them and the flag at the Royal British Legion branch in the town has been lowered to half mast.
