Man Arrested Over Moira Police Station Attack
A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a car bomb attack on Moira police station in 1998.
The suspect is being questioned at Antrim police station.
He was detained in the Moy area of County Tyrone this morning.
Moira police station was attacked in an operation involving a car packed with more than 200kg of explosives on 20 February 1998 in the County Down town.
11 people were injured in the blast, which caused extensive damage to the unmanned station and surrounding properties.

Eleven people, including seven police officers, were injured when a 500lb bomb exploded in Moira in February 1998. The man was detained in Moy on Thursday and was questioned at Antrim police station.

Police Officers Disciplined For Failing To Tell Doctor About Woman's Head Injuries
Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Police link hostage incident to attack on police station
Police have linked a gun attack on a police station on Wednesday night with a hostage incident in Co Antrim. A van used in the shooting of Randalstown PSNI station on Wednesday evening is believed to have been the vehicle stolen earlier in the evening from a family who were held hostage by a gang of men at a house in Craigstown Road in the town.
