Jobs Boost For Ennis

Fine Gael Clare Senator, Martin Conway, has welcomed the news that Dublin Coach, a private bus company, has been granted a licence from the National Transport Authority to extend its service from Dublin Airport to include Ennis.

Mr Conway said: "I am delighted that Dublin Coach has decided to expand its operation to Ennis with the creation of 20 new jobs.

"This expansion provides a real opportunity to attract tourists from Dublin to Ennis. Using Ennis as a tourism hub will make a significant difference to the wider region, and will undoubtedly lead to additional jobs being created in tourism and related sectors.

"Boosting job creation is the Government’s number one priority, and I look forward to similar positive announcements in the near future."
