Open + Direct’s online system scores footie deal
Fans of Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur can now spread the cost of a new season ticket over 10 easy monthly direct debit instalments thanks to a new agreement with Belfast-based Open + Direct Retail Finance.
Tottenham Hotspur Ticket Office Manager Karen Murphy believes the new Open + Direct system will help the Club provide an even better service for fans: "A new season ticket is a major priority for our supporters but they also have holidays to pay for and extra costs to incur with children on holiday from school.
"With Open + Direct’s system, we can now offer an alternative payment method, which enables people to spread the cost of the ticket over the year, helping them to meet all the demands on their budget with less worry.”
Steve Penistone from Open + Direct said his he was delighted to be dealing with the Club: "As a football supporter myself, I am all too well aware that the initial outlay for a season ticket can be a major expenditure at this time of the year so I am confident that Tottenham Hotspur’s repayment plan will be extremely well received."
The football retail market is just one of a number of new markets Open + Direct has successfully entered as a result of the success of its internet approval system which cuts down valuable administration time and allows businesses to approve credit transactions in less than 15 seconds.
