£1.2m Earmarked For NI Volunteers

The new programme is a key part of Northern Ireland’s first ever volunteering strategy 'Join in, Get involved: Build a Better Future'.
Minister McCausland said: "The Small Grants Programme will increase and develop local volunteer involvement and give more support to front line volunteers. With some £600,000 available each year for the next two years my Department expects to issue over 600 grants.

Grants of £200 - £1,500 will be available to organisations working with volunteers throughout Northern Ireland.
