Sixth Person Charged In Adair Murder Plot
A 56-year-old man has appeared in court Scotland charged with conspiring to commit acts of terrorism and plots to murder ex-UDA members.
John Gorman, from Irvine, is the sixth person to appear in connection with the charges.
He also faces charges related to a plan to murder Johnny Adair and Samuel McCrory.
He is to appear again at Glasgow Sheriff Court for a full committal.

Extradited man denies murder
A 43-year-old Chinese man who was extradited from Hong Kong in connection with the death of a Chinese woman has denied murder. Wong Sui Ching appeared today at Belfast Magistrate’s Court charged with the murder of 29-year-old part-time waitress Ho Mi Ye. She had been found strangled at her home in Isoline Street in east Belfast in June 1998.

A man has appeared in court charged with two counts of attempted murder after two women were hit by a car in north Belfast on Monday. A 16-year-old girl was injured after being trapped under the car on the Crumlin Road, however she is in a stable condition in hospital.

Man Charged With Pensioner's Murder
A 42-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a pensioner eleven years ago. Coleraine man Norman Moffatt, 73, was walking home after buying a paper in a local shop on Railway Road, Coleraine, on 26 January 2001 when he was stabbed. He died two months later in hospital on 19 March.
