Fast Track Visa System Proposed For Desirable Job Applicants
A fast track visa system that would allow exceptional application to get jobs in London has been proposed by Boris Johnson.
The London Mayor has submitted his plan to the Home Office, claiming the idea would attract the world’s “best and brightest” technology experts and fashion designers to London.
According to the Financial Times, Mr Johnson said that he wanted to highlight London as an "epicentre for global talent."
Under the plan, those deemed to meet the criteria would receive an official endorsement, with which they would bypass the costly and time consuming visa application process.
