Omagh Bomb Suspect Funeral Held
The funeral of Omagh bomb suspect Seamus McKenna has been held in Louth today.
Seamus McKenna was acquitted in a civil case over the 1998 Omagh bombing taken out by relatives of the victims.
It was claimed he was linked to mobile phones used in the attack.
The 58-year-old died last week after falling from scaffolding while working on a roof at a school in Dundalk.
Gardai said they would be escorting the funeral procession to prevent any potential show of paramilitary strength.
Ambulance Crash Cyclist Named
A man who died after colliding with an ambulance while on his bike has been named as 25-year-old Sabir Idrisov.
The collision occurred on the A4 Dublin Road in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, at 1.15am on Tuesday morning.
NI Man Dies In Thailand
A man from Northern Ireland has died suddenly in Thailand.
21-year-old Stephen Timothy Clifford was a student at Belfast Metropolitan College.
He died in Chiang Mai city on Sunday. Details of the death are not yet known.

Two men have appeared in court today following a police seizure of about £12,000 worth of heroin in Tobermore.
Police discovered the drugs in the Desertmartin Road area of the Co Londonderry village on Monday.

Police have said they believe missing Omagh man, Shane Sharkey, has been found in the Republic of Ireland. A police appeal for help in finding the 35-year-old has been cancelled, with police saying they now believe they know where he is. No further details have been released but police thanked the public for their help.

Man charged with supplying Omagh bomb car
The man arrested on Tuesday in connection with the 1998 Omagh bombing has appeared in court today. Anthony Joseph Donegan, 34, from Dundalk, appeared before Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Wednesday charged with supplying a car to terrorists between 11 August 1998 and 16 August 1998.

Two people die in separate road accidents
Two people have died following separate road accidents in Counties Down and Fermanagh on Tuesday. In the first accident a man died following a crash between two cars on the main Belfast to Holywood road shortly after 5.30pm. He died in hospital a short time later.

Man Dies In Portadown Road Crash
An 18-year-old man has died following a collision in Portadown. The crash happened on the Dungannon Road between midnight and 12.30am on Wednesday, 08 November. The road has been re-opened. Elsewhere, a man, aged in his 30's, has died in a road collision in Co Antrim.
