Kinahan Hails Randox Success In Saudi Deal

The Ulster Unionist Party's South Antrim MLA Danny Kinahan has hailed Crumlin based Randox Laboratories following the announcement of a £6m deal to supply laboratory equipment to the Saudi Arabian Health Ministry.

Mr Kinahan said: "Randox is a perfect example of the type of indigenous business which we need to foster and promote in Northern Ireland. It provides hundreds of high tech high quality jobs, invests heavily in research and development and has a reputation for quality products are exported worldwide.

"They are a huge asset not only to South Antrim, but to Northern Ireland plc. I commend Randox on securing this latest deal and wish the company every success in the future."

Randox Expansion Welcomed
Dungloe based MEP Pat the Cope Gallagher has welcomed the decision by Randox Teo to expand their Research and Development facility at Meenmore. Randox Teo will invest a further EUR 0.5 million into the Dungloe facility increasing the total employment from 42 people currently to 130 by the end of 2015.
