150 New Jobs At Child Maintenance Service

Up to 150 new jobs are to be created at the Northern Ireland Child Maintenance Service, the Department of Social Development (DSD) has announced.

With over 1,000 employees already, the local CMS will now also cover parts of Britain.

Welcoming the news, Nelson McCausland said: "These jobs could have gone to other service providers in Great Britain, but Belfast has come out top by offering a quality service and value for money," according to the BBC.

Recruitment has already begun and funding for the posts has been committed for at least two years.
