Citrix Creates 50 New Jobs
Citrix has announced that it is increasing its workforce in Dublin by creating 50 full time jobs.
These high value jobs are in addition to the 50 new jobs announced in August 2011 and demonstrate the on-going growth of Citrix technical support, sales, IT operations and online services divisions in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. This project is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland.
Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD, said: "ICT is a key sector targeted in the Government's plans for jobs and growth, and we have seen a substantial increase in employment in this area in the past two years. Today's announcement that Citrix, a dynamic and innovative company operating in a high-growth area, is creating a further 50 jobs in Dublin is very welcome and provides a further indication of what is possible in this sector. I am determined to help sustain and accelerate the progress we have made in this area to help create the jobs we need."
