Bangor Firm Creates 55 New Jobs
Mango Direct Marketing Limited is creating 55 new jobs with the support of Invest Northern Ireland's Jobs Fund.
The Bangor based company provides direct telemarketing and customer services to a range of clients based locally, nationally and internationally. It currently works with many high profile companies in the UK, US, Australia, Ireland and Israel.
Enterprise Minister Arlene Foster said: "Mango is a successful business that has achieved a steady increase in sales over the past five years. This expansion is an important progression in the next stage of Mango’s development and signals the company’s ongoing commitment to the local area.
"The jobs are being supported by Invest NI Jobs Fund and will enable Mango to take on major new contracts in its key target markets. The business services sector is an important driver for the economy and it is encouraging to see companies investing in growth even in these difficult times."
Invest NI has offered Mango Direct Marketing £165,000 of support through the Jobs Fund to assist with its expansion. By 2014 Invest NI aims to have supported the creation of 4,000 jobs through this measure, which is part of its Boosting Business initiative.
