Kenny To Meet Cameron Over NI Attacks
Taoiseach Enda Kenny and British Prime Minister David Cameron are meeting today in London to discuss the recent increase in attacks on police officers and the continuing loyalist street protests across Northern Ireland.
The two are meeting as part of a new annual Anglo-Irish summit.
Mr Kenny is also expected to bring up the subject of the the imprisonment of former IRA bomber Marian Price.
Nationalist parties, in particular Sinn Féin, have been calling for Ms Price's release on the basis of her ill health and the recent death of her sister, Dolours. Mr Kenny is expected to tell Mr Cameron that Marian Price could become a new martyr for dissident republicans.
Ireland's EU presidency is also expected to be discussed at the meeting in 10 Downing Street.
The taoiseach will address a business event at Mansion House in the City of London.
Discussions on tackling terrorism in Northern Ireland come as three PSNI officers have been targeted in a bomb attack on Saturday.
Police are treating it as attempted murder.

Summit Postponed As Eithne Kenny Buried
The British-Irish Council Summit, which was due to take place in Dublin on Monday has been postponed as a mark of respect following the death of Eithne Kenny, mother of Taoiseach Enda Kenny, (pictured). Instead, her funeral was taking place in Co Mayo on Monday afternoon.

Man Who Died In Jet Ski Incident Named
A man who died in a jet ski incident on Lough Erne has been named as 31-year-old Kenny Andrews from Bangor. Searches were being carried out in the Muchross area of Kesh. A 28-year-old man was rescued from the water. The body of Mr Andrews was recovered on Monday, 10 September.
