Man dies in motorcycle accident
A 23-year-old man has died following a road accident in Co Armagh yesterday.
Connor Murtagh (23) from Derrymacash Road came off his motorcycle on the Ballynamoney Road in Lurgan at about 4pm. No other vehicle was involved in the accident.
Elsewhere in Lurgan, a couple have escaped injury following gun attack on their home in Sloan Street yesterday evening.
Three shots were fired through the living room window of the house last night.
Police said that no motive for the attack had been established.

A man has died in a workplace accident in Co Armagh. It is believed the man was crushed by a road roller while a new road surface was being laid on the Bog Road, Forkhill, on Wednesday, 31 May. Police and the Health and Safety Executive have launched an investigation.

Body Of Missing Man Discovered In Lake
The body of missing Crossmaglen man Padraig Campbell has been found. The 37-year-old’s body was recovered from a lake in Co Monaghon last night. Campbell, of Drumbroy Road, Castleblaney, has been missing from the 18 March. Gardai have described his death as a tragic accident, however a post-mortem will be carried out.

Man dies in road accident on Glenavy Road
A man has died after he was knocked down in Co Antrim on Thursday morning. It is believed the victim, aged 43, was knocked down by a lorry on the Glenavey Road near Maghaberry at around 4.30am. Police believe that no other vehicle was involved. Traffic was diverted from the Lachey Road to Maghaberry Road soon after the accident.
