Police appeal over road collision
Police at Strand Road in Derry are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision that occurred in the city last night.
Shortly after 5pm, a blue coloured VW Passat and a beige coloured Mitsubishi Shogun collided at the gates of Strand Road police station. It is believed that the vehicles may have collided as they were driving on the Glengalliagh Road a short time earlier.
Anyone with information should contact police on 028 7136 7337.

Number Of Roads Remain Closed Following Storm Ali
A number of roads remain closed across Northern Ireland following the damage caused by Storm Ali. The following roads are still closed, however the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) is working to clear the obstructions along with its multiagency partners.

Officials From French Embassy Visit Strand Road Police Station
Officials from the French Embassy have visited Strand Road Police Station in L'Derry, where they met with senior officers to discuss a range of policing issues. On hand to welcome Home Affairs and Police Attache, Nathalie Skiba, and French Liaison Officer Philippe Colin, were Chief Inspector William Calderwood and Chief Inspector Michael O'Loan.

Woman Killed In Co Armagh Road Collision
A woman in her 30s has been killed in a road crash in Portadown, Co Armagh. The woman was hit by a car as she was walking on the side of the Moy Road at around 9.45pm on Tuesday. The road was closed for a short time but it has been reopened. Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
